My water heater quit working during the summer and Rocky Mountain Mechanical was booked out several days with customers needing their air conditioners serviced. Nevertheless, Levi Kurta took the time to call me that same day between jobs to diagnose the problem over the phone. He gave me a temporary solution to the problem which got us by until the water heater could be repaired. Levi also took the time before coming to the house to review the warranty on my water heater, order the appropriate part, and had one available when he came out. Replacing the part didn’t take long and Levi verified everything was operating correctly before leaving the house. I really appreciate Rocky Mountain Mechanical for the service they provide and for Levi’s friendliness, expertise and professionalism.

Crew was very efficient. Worked 11hours on day of installation to get system installed. Cleaned up completely afterwards and explained operation to me. Came back next morning to check system and install new thermostatWould recommend them for any problems in their line of business.
