We had three Rocky Mountain technicians come out on a Saturday. The first one was Levi. He did a great job and isolated the problem quickly; however, he didn't have the replacement blower motor in his truck and the warehouse in Boise was closed until Monday. So he said that someone would be out to complete the job around 9:30am. Monday morning around 9:30AM Anthony and Dustin came to the door saying they had the blower motor. They installed the new motor, cleaned-up the area and were done in about an hour or so. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from all three of these gentlemen! All were professional and polite throughout the entire process. I will definitely call Rocky Mountain Mechanical should I have any HVAC issues in the future. Great job guys!
