“I called four other companies before I found Rocky Mountain. One never returned my call, one did (and was over double the price compared to Rocky Mountain for what we ended up needing), and the other came out and charged us for a "fix" that wasn't the problem, we had him out again, and he recommended replacement of our AC (he was unable to fix it). I mention all this because I wish we had have called Rocky Mountain Mechanical first. They came out within a couple of hours and had our AC back up and running before they left. They were thorough as to their diagnostic, up front with their pricing, the two gentlemen that came out were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and the AC was back up and running within the hour. I can't recommend them enough. There are a lot of other companies our there. Don't make the frustrating mistake we did. Call Rocky Mountain first. We certainly will be doing so in the future and recommending them to anyone that needs work on their AC.”
